Get to know our other chiropractor and find out what she’s passionate about and proud of!

Since she was 16, Dr. Gabrielle has been working with her father, Dr. Joe. She decided to follow in her dad’s footsteps and become a chiropractor.

I enjoyed watching people get better and see not only their physical health improve, but also their mental health.

Chiropractic Education & Areas of Interest

Dr. Gabrielle attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, and graduated in February 2022. When she started in the clinic aspect of schooling, she had many younger patients excited to get adjusted, and she would explain what she did as she adjusted them. Dr. Gabrielle found it fulfilling when a few of the children she worked with became interested in one day becoming chiropractors.

In the future, she’s interested in getting her Diplomate in Functional Medicine and Animal Chiropractic work. Dr. Gabrielle is also passionate about pursuing education in animal chiropractic. She has seen animals such as giraffes and baby tigers get adjusted!

While she’s cared for young patients, Dr. Gabrielle looks forward to caring for all ages and stages, and the challenge of taking on different types of cases.

Q&A With Dr. Gabrielle

What are you most proud of?

I’m proud of how far I’ve pushed myself. Completing my Doctor of Chiropractic was one of my proudest moments. I have also always been proud of my family as well as my family history and Italian heritage. I grew up with lots of Italian traditions, like making homemade wine and salami, and having our Feast of the Seven Fishes Christmas Eve dinners.

What three words best describe you?

Hilarious, compassionate, and loyal.

If you hadn’t become a chiropractor, what would you have wanted to do?

Had I not become a chiropractor, I would have wanted to do something in interior design. I have always really enjoyed watching HGTV in my free time!

What’s one of the most interesting facts you’ve heard?

There’s a muscle called the palmaris longus, which is like a hand attachment. Not everyone has one, but I have both of mine.

Is there one thing that can make your day instantly better?

There are two: babies and animals!

With Halloween on the horizon, what was your favorite childhood costume?

When I was really young, I dressed as Cleopatra, complete with a toga, gold headpiece and gold belt.
