What to Expect
In order to ensure your claim is properly documented, our doctor must perform a work injury evaluation. This includes investigating what type of injury was sustained, how the injury occurred, and the safety procedures in place at the time of the incident.
Work-related injuries due to overexertion, repetitive motion, or certain types of trauma, in particular, are often more difficult to support, so providing as much information to support your claim is key. Having a medical exam performed at our clinic, and reviewed by two different doctors, makes for a stronger claim.
Some of the most common work-related injuries are sprains and strains, slips, trips and falls, low back overexertion, equipment related injuries, or collisions. Repetitive motion injuries may include carpal tunnel syndrome, bursitis, tendinitis, and tendinopathies.
